Founded in 1984, SCI Yohannes deals in investment,
development and management of real-estate properties in both
the First and Third World. Additionally, the company handles
purchasing, sales, rent and management of all the Yeshi
Group’s properties. SCI currently holds a real-estate
portfolio valued at approx. US$15 million, with properties
located on four continents.
PROPERTIES
SCI Yohannes owns properties in Cameroon, Cote d’Ivoire,
Gabon, Morocco, Senegal, Lebanon, the United States, France
and Australia. The company does not focus on a single market
or property type - wherever the opportunity presents itself,
SCI is ready to invest.
SCI's holds a diverse real-estate portfolio. Some of its
properties are linked to other companies in the Yeshi Group,
and SCI owns nearly all of the Group's operational
facilities. Globally, the company owns properties in all
sectors of the market; these include, but are not limited
to, residential property in the U.S., commercial property in
Lebanon, industrial property in Morocco, and a 3000-acre
farm in Australia.
MISSION
SCI Yohannes’s seeks to diversify the Yeshi Group's business
interests around the globe, while at the same time
mitigating risk through conservative real-estate investments.
