Overview
The Yeshi Group is a highly
sophisticated conglomeration of companies operating under
different statutes and missions. All companies in the group
cater have individual and diversified business models, in
some cases creating an inter-group synergy. The group has
operations in various emerging countries and is a comprised
of over 15 companies. Group activity focus is in Import,
Export, retail, distribution, processing, and manufacturing.
Each company in the Yeshi Group structure operates
independently and is autonomous to other companies in the
Group.
Mission
Extracted from a multitude of
objectives among its constituent companies and compiled into
one, the Yeshi Group’s mission is to develop, manufacture
and provide ideas and commodities that will facilitate
building, transportation, and development in the Merging
World.
History
The Yeshi Group’s business initiation
was the importation and exportation of various commodities
to-and-from the aggregate West African market. The Group was
established in 1979 with the creation of Mondial Cycle
Nouvelle. This seed company was focused on operations
pertaining to the two-wheel transportation vehicle market in
Sub-Sahara French West Africa. Today, the Yeshi Group has
evolved into a group with a product portfolio of 15,000+
products and over US$200-million in annual revenues.
Because of large-scale success on multiple fronts, over the
course of the past decade the Yeshi Group has had the
financial liberty to accelerate growth by diversifying its
business model, by verging and diversifying operations, to
reinforcing and compliment existing platforms such as supply-side
distribution. Today, the Yeshi Group directly or indirectly
employs over 3000 people globally, and has a talented and
experienced managerial base that challenges any private
sector participant in emerging markets.
Ownership
Ownership status is consistent among
all companies within the group. Regardless of location,
market or business activity, the Yeshi Group owns the
majority stake in all companies in the group.
